The beginning of the month is here which means it’s time for what worked and what didn’t work for business this month! Did you start a new facebook page in May? Have you maintained it?

Set aside an hour a week to plan out your content then do "scheduled" post on your page. Remember one post a day is better than no posts...business doesn't go away it goes to your competitor who is being socially savvy right now!

Looking for content? Take a photo of your happy clients past and present! Tag them!

Popping by your past clients’ houses with a small gift is a great way to stay in touch with them. It gives you the opportunity to check in and see how they are doing, maybe they need to be reminded the market is hot is they need to a bigger home!! It reminds your clients that you are around to help with their real estate needs. Plus who doesn’t love getting an unexpected gift?! #PhotoOpportunity! You post - they post and we see your Branding
